The staff was excellent and well-mannered!

The room was brand-new, great-sized and had an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a work desk. The bed was very big, as were the pillows. The location was good and fantastic - ease of access to Wayfarers Shopping Arcade.

Unbeatable location in the adequate area, just off restaurants, bars and shops, Conference Centre, and retaurants. About 10 minutes walk from Southport Marine Lake.

Had excellent location near to centre and newly renovated rooms. Plus, Wayfarers Shopping Arcade was close to the venue.

It is gorgeous place to stay that is primarily because of excellent and well-mannered staff. Well-equipped and nicely decorated room with a comfortable bed, has free Wi-Fi. The hotel offers good and fantastic location near to the center of Southport and the nightlife.

Magnificent setting, very close to bars, restaurants and all attractions, shops and pier and Liverpool. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV available in the single room. Excellent service at all times.

Its location was marvellous pretty close to everything. Good value, and the services were excellent.

We were in a great and unbeatable location adjacent to the shops/ bars/ restaurants on one side and everything, The beach, Pier, Arcades & Children's play area.

My room was well-equipped and a nice size room with a comfortable bed, a good view and nice white sheets. Perfect location close to restaurants, bars and shops, and the beach, and town centre, I felt safe.

The staff was approaching and we would consider staying here again. Bright and cosy rooms and an electric kettle, air conditioner and a work desk included. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to pier and town center and local grocery store as well as shops and pier. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

It had awful views.
